Alex McKinnon wants to walk again

11 Aug 2014Alex was a professional rugby league player until a tackle that left him a quadriplegic in March.

Alex's determination to recover is so inspiring that he has recovered a lot so far. He has gone from a C4 injury to a C7 injury where he can use his arms a lot more than thought possible.

With his fiance, Teigan Power and the Newcastle Knights by his side you can see that Alex will go far.

Alex is determined to give it his best shot to walk again. Good on you Alex for inspiring others to give life 100%

The Newcastle Knights and the NRL dedicated a weekend to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to help with the ongoing care and support for Alex called #RiseForAlex.
