Can-Do-Ability: Answers and Solutions from my personal experiences of living with a disability

The Sessions

25 Mar 2013In the amazing blog by Chana Bloch http://www.poetryfoundation.org/article/245502 Chana writes about the experience of knowing Mark O'Brien who was in an iron lung due to getting polio from the age of six. Even though Mark could not move from the neck down he had an extremely fertile mind.

He was a journalist, poet and advocate for the disabled.

The Sessions focuses on Mark's awareness and participation of sex using his bind to help him experience these pleasures.

I think that it is always amazing what our mind can get our feeble bodies to engage in.
