Shana's Story - Doctor told her it was all in her head9 Apr 2013: I recently read a story about Shana who has Lupus. The following link has her story: http://cure4lupus.org/store/index.php?main_page=page&id=226&chapter=4 It is sad to think that Shana had to beg her doctors to figure out what was wrong and that her illness made life hard for those around her. So much so, that he fiance left. Had the doctor diagnosed her properly, her life may not have been so difficult. Good on you Shana for finding a doctor that did ‘listen' to you. We all deserve to be heard. It's also great that Shana is fighting to keep going and not letting your Lupus win!
