Paralysed Little Girl Writes Letter to Drunk Driver

12 Dec 2012On July 9, 2011 in Fort Worth, Texas, a 9 year old girl, Chilli was riding in a car that was hit head on by Jeremy Solis. Solis had stolen the car and was driving with a blood alcohol level 3x's the legal limit.

The following article tells this story: http://www.whatdisability.com/inspiration/502-paralyzed-little-girl-writes-letter-to-drunk-driver

What a brave little girl who has had her life made much harder through the negligence of a carless man who chose to drink and drive.

Chilli is so brave to have wrote this letter. May her pain ease and good things come into her life.

Chilli's message for everyone else: "Don't drink!...That's it." How hard can that be!

ten yrs is not enough... not only that i think after he is done in jail he needs to spend sometime in the icu's at the local hospitals... lose his rights to drive for life... i dont drive and i dont drink..

I would say kutos to Chilli for expressing so well that there is no after; only Before. Itz called prevention. But that will happen 2 late 4 so many. Until u hit offenders where it hurts -the pocket book - laws will continually b ignored. I say a fine of outrageous proportion should be applied. It worked 4 cigs 2 under age. 4 the most part.
