Focus on ability 4 short film competition - VOTE NOW5 Oct 2012: All films are in and it is now your turn to VOTE! By voting you can win yourselves an iPod! I sat and watched all the films – some make you laugh, some make you cry, others are inspiring... We are hoping to get over 1000,000 votes so your vote will definitely count! The public voting decides $16,000 in cash to be won over two categories. This is the fourth consecutive year NOVA Employment has run their Focus on Ability Short Film Competition.
