Can-Do-Ability: Answers and Solutions from my personal experiences of living with a disability

Dogani

17 Sep 2013A Korean film called ‘Dogani' (‘The Crucible') http://www.hancinema.net/2011-top-10-stories-disabled-are-silent-no-more-36880.html is such an out there idea that it has to be shared.

This movie brings to light the sexual abuse inflicted on disabled students. I think that this is such a great idea as it is about time disabled people get treated with respect and that the people that do wrong by them don't get away with the criminal offence.

It is not okay to rape girls and it is definitely not okay to have girls raped that are disabled. The girls with disabilities may be seen as second class citizens to some and that criminal acts can be committed against them and swept under the carpet, however, not it this case.

This is a major bold move to expose such a heinous crime via a movie and I am happy that it has been made.
