Cerebral Palsy couple hold on tight to their babies

10 Sep 2012: I just watched a documentary on Lawrence Clark and his wife Adele, called “We Won't Drop the Baby”.

What an extraordinary couple! They just want to be seen as an ordinary couple just doing what they have to do.

Both Lawrence and Adele have Cerebral Palsy and work together to look after Tom who is now 9 and their story takes us on a journey of being pregnant with baby number two, Jamie's birth and the challenges of caring for a newborn.

Some people have criticised them for having children at all but the great job they do with their kids and the love they have as a family is lovely.

Laurence Clark is one of Britain's Ten Funniest New Comedians, with regular TV and radio appearances.
