Batyr - giving a voice to the elephant in the room

What I like about Batyr is that the speakers are young people who advocate and share their mental health experiences with their peers in high school and university settings

By having these young speakers talk about mental health they are exposing issues that have stigma's attached to them, and normalising them as well as having their listeners relate to the speakers because they are from the same generation.
